We currently ship across India and to selected international locations including the USA. If your location isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact us.

Hand-delivered items are typically delivered between 8 AM – 10 PM. Courier deliveries are made between 9 AM – 9 PM by our trusted logistics partners.
3. Do you offer midnight delivery?
We understand how special midnight surprises are! However, midnight delivery is not available at this time. We are working on making this option available soon.
4. What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery is free for select time slots. Charges for express or international shipping may apply based on location and urgency.
5. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout for most products.
6. Can I send a gift directly to the recipient’s address?
Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s shipping details.

10. How can I keep my gift a surprise?
Choose discreet packaging at checkout. Sender details can be hidden until delivery for maximum surprise!
🔄 Returns & Issues
11. Can I return a gift if the recipient doesn’t like it?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customized orders are non-returnable unless damaged. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
12. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and process a replacement or refund based on the issue.
