1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment:
  You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

• After Shipment:
  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case of an issue, refer to our return/refund section below.
• Customized Orders:
  Orders with personalized photos, text, or animation are non-cancellable once the design or production process begins.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Return Eligibility:
  We only accept returns in case of the following:
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
• Return Process:
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share unboxing video and photos showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.
• Refund Method:
  Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Minor differences in colors or details due to handmade/artistic nature.
• Orders returned without prior approval or after usage.
• Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t work (e.g., LED/sound module issues), please:

• Share photos/videos within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
